Production of models, forms and tools

Model facility

We closely cooperate with Czech pattern shop for model production for the German foundry plants. Pattern shop is specialized in production of polystyrene, wooden and epoxide models. Most of models are produced for automotive industry.

All models are made on two special CNC machine centers. Up on customer’s request, we also provide 3D component drawing.

Dimensions of working surfaces:

1. 4 000 mm x 2 000 mm x 1 000 mm (axe C)
2. 2 000 mm x 1 000 mm x 800 mm (axe Z)

Models which exceed the parameters of working surface are made of individual parts and than assembled and glued.

Tool work shop

• production of a new tools
• conversion of tools provided by clients

In this area we closely work together with four different tool work shops. Main advantage of these companies are long term tradition a university educated foremen. Each company specializes in the production of different tools. All these aspects allow us to optimize cost and quality of the product.
