I have been developing companies and brands in Central and Eastern Europe since 1993. I specialize in retail chains from market entry to building the entire chain structure. Several start-ups have also been managed and mentored by me.
Own winery
In 2013, I founded the Pod Hradem Winery in Pálava, which, in addition to excellent wines, still offers unique accommodation in barrels with an unforgettable view of Pálava, its two castles and surroundings. I sold the winery at the end of 2019 and continue to focus fully on business and brand development.
Top management
As CEO or COO, I have worked and am working in some of the companies that I started to participate in the development and growth of. Companies also seek my services in crisis situations.
